Studies also show that the body needs 24 calories to metabolize carbohydrates, while only 3 are needed to burn fat. So which one to follow? A person can be on a high-carbohydrate, low-fat diet, or vice versa. It is absolutely not recommended to follow them both at the same time; unless, of course, you want to increase body fat.

But then the fitness diet is not just about fat loss, you should also consider their diet to keep the fat away. Research shows that sustainable weight loss can only be achieved with a diet adapted to individual food preferences, lifestyle, medical profile and satiety cues. All diet plans can help you get rid of excess weight, but only a diet can help you stay sexy and that's the one that satisfies you the most. Other important aspects of a fit diet are moderation, balance and variation. Care must be taken not to leave out important nutrients and other substances necessary for the healthy functioning of the body. Healthcare organizations are clear about the amounts of nutrients an individual must have in the body.

Low Fat Carbohydrates, Low Fat Carbohydrates; the question is not which diet plan will work, but rather which one will work for you. Struggling for a sexy and healthy body doesn't have to be a burden to an individual, diet and fitness don't have to mean sticking to the same type of food for life.
